My hypnobirthing cd

Ooooh exciting. I don't think I'm going to be able to make much use of it as they've recommended an early epidural with it being twins but think I'll at least get a CD - got to at least help with relaxation hasn't it.......

Well had a quick listen to what it was like and omg it filled me with shivers in a good way lol can't wait to do it properly bow

Awesome! Keep us updated. I'm gonna go on Amazon now and see what I can order - wonder if they do a kindle version.............

Just did mine hun and bloody fell asleep half way through, i did that last time too! Shows it's makin me relaxed but i dunno if am takin it in properly when i'm asleep! Does the book seem any good or too soon to tell? xxx

I like the book and cd (if its the natal hypnotherapy one.). I fall asleep every time but it's supposed to get through to your sub-conscious anyway. Know what you mean about getting the shivers, for some reason it made me cry, bloody hormones!

It's the golden light surrounding ur womb aand ur baby bit that got me x

MrsMc i'm going to speak to my MW on Tuesday too, be interesting to hear their opinions on it actually!

I think they are trialing sessions across the country free in some hospitals and my birthing centre have them for free otherwise a whole session is about £300 !!!!

Oh wow really! I will ask my midwife to see if theres anything like that here!! Thanks hun

Wish they were trialing it up here too! I looked at the classes and they are expensive, hopefully the cd and book will be enough to help me though. I already have a positive and relaxed outlook to the birth for just a few weeks of using the cd so must be doing something!
