well good news today - hopefully if he carries on improving they said I can bring him home on Sunday!!! Had some resusitation training today and was shown how to give him his vitamins. Got to spend the full day with him tomorrow - from first thing to late on to go through a full day with him ie, bathing, feeding etc. If everything works well then I can have him with us... am soooooo excited now!!! xxx

Great news! My gorgeous little man has been allowed to come home today!!! And whats even better is that its my birthday today! What a prezzie!!!!!

Went to spend the full day with him preparing for him to come home tomorrow but when I got there the doctor said 'could you take him home today?'
Talk about panic! I had to run out and buy some different bottles (won't feed from the Tommy Tipee ones I had) and also some formula - totaly unprepared but totally happy!!! xxx

Huge congrats for Benjamins arrival - well done to you, you did a great job with such a sudden start of labour, he was a great weight for 6 weeks prem and you handled the Scbu experiance soo well, that can really take it's toll on those first few weeks esp when it's your first

Glad he is doing well and at home now for that much needed bonding with mum and Dad - enjoy X
