i did really well for my 1st day..and i already feel better.. but i have a stinking cold.. hoping it will make me loose weight quickly lol...im trying to calorie count i know 'they' say u need something like 2500 for breasfeeding..im trying to get under 2000, anyone think its ok to go lower than 2000? my mum always said to me when ur on a diet try to get under 1500 that way your still feeding yourself but you will be burning fat that way.. just wondering if its ok to go that low? thanks girlies
 
Im no expert Lisa but id say as your breastfeeding ed still then dont go lower because you have to keep yourslf in energy and have bucketloads more to feed the baby.

What sort of stuff did you eat yesterday?

Ive been having toast or a bacon sarnie for breakfast
munching on bananas inbetween meals
Something big for lunch and if im hungey by 5ish then il have a bowl of soup and drink plenty of water.

Im just cutting the rubbish out and watching my portion sizes.
 
im keeping food diary

i had 2 clementines (24 each) 48cals,
an apple 44 cals
a tin of pineapple (in juice)144 cal,
grapes about 200g 100cal
banana 110cal
2 mini home made meringues, 20 cals
couscous (1 cup 176cal)
and bean salad 100cal
cottage cheese 90 cal
a pack of you are what you eat seeds 150cal
and a smoked mackral salad with coldslaw 400 cal
5 corn breads 95 cals
so 1477 ish.. prob a bit more than that

im trying to eat a load of fruit for breakfast every morn.. so my fruit is done for the day and any extra is a bonus
 
i aint going crazy.. but i was eatting complete junk..didnt eat a peice of fruit for almost 2 weeks..i need 2 eat healthy for ed mostly.. my milk shoulda bn comming out like nesquick lol.. the amount of choc i was eatting. im not doing it 4 al, i feel so big im suffocating in my own skin, i cant fit into normal sized clothes i went shpooing for size 22 jeans and they were all minging.. i shopped 30 miles away in a new town for an hour n half and came bk with nothing, i want to be able to go to my local shop and fit into a size 18, im not gonna go nuts but its something i need to do. for all of us.
 
Me and you are the same size and Iunderstand the need to to lose the weight. like you I want to fit into size 18 trousers desperately!!!

But just take it easy and dont make yourself ill over it, your diet looks great by the way, its really healthy. Better then mine but then im not a fan of fruit but like a bit of veg.

Im going to have a bowl of roasted veg later yummmmm!
 
I did onion, corgette,sweet potaote, parsnips, normal potatoe and carrots and put a teeny bit of olive oil on and popped them in the oven - they were heavenly!!!
 
i got same as u.. but got butternut squash to lol.. gonna mix it with cous cous i think and have that for tea.. or might have stew.. aint decided yet
