Low Calorie Diet..... Advice Wanted / Fitness DVD?

Im currently on a low calorie diet and trying to loose some weight. Im eating Special K for breakfast and dinner then a proper evening meal. Its hard and im hungry but Im managing it.

Im also taking multi vitamins & drinking plenty of water.

I wanted advice on any good low calorie foods that are also high in fibre as I need to keep a really balanced diet as I suffer from IBS.

Can anyone recommend any work out DVDs that are good? Maybe with dance music as I like that sort of thing?
 
I do have one tip that was passed on to me and has worked in the past, simple but effective!

Basically, if you spend a lot of time sitting either at work or at home ie office work, or being addicted to this forum lol, then your body thinks you weigh less than you do so your appetite increases. If you make sure you are standing or walking around for atleast 20mins in every hour throughout the day, than your appetite decreases to match your actual weight.

It really does work!
 
Ahh that is interesting! So if I stand up at my computer will that work? :lol:
I plan to get loads more excercising done too, swimming and walking mainly.

i have the 'pump it up' exercise dvd
its really good
very challenging and has good music
really makes you sweat lol
