Well I finally gave up trying to get Briony to tidy her own room, she is now just turned 8, so I thought she should do it herself.

She was fainling miserably and it had got soo messy, you hurt your feet on all the little lego bricks and animal hospital bits, and she only has the small room that I decided to overhaul it this evening.

I went and found about 10 empty crisp packets stuffed down the side of the bed!
No wonder the school lunch crisps were going down so fast!!!

When I showed her them and asked her why she took them, she said the boys must have done it!

I give Up :x

My hubbies boy does this - and then blames someone else!
Its not just food wrappers that he hides though, also his dirty washing,

I have to now help him clean his room properly once a month, last week I got 3 bin bags of rubbish out of there that he had hidden!!
He also has the smallest room in the house and I couldn't believe there was that much junk in there!

Hopefully next time it won't be so bad!

Um....... I still have night time snacks........ can't say I hide the wrappers though!!

If it's worrying you, I would try giving her half an apple before she goes to bed. That should keep her sugar levels up and stop the cravings. If you don't think it's at bedtime, try to work out when it could be and do the same thing.

Good luck! : )

Ok I have to admit I do this.. If I eat in bed I feel guilty and hide the wrappers behind the computer moniter for a week till i think no one is looking and get rid of them .. which is stupid cause i live alone LOL
