My Bruises!!

Took my bandages off today and have a very nice bruise around my belly button, manged to clean it a bit but still very sore and swollen. My other stitch below looks ok to, bigger then I thought but at least I only had 2 cuts made was expecting at least 3.

Eeek! Did they go in through your belly button?!

For some reason that really makes me cringe stabbing in belly buttons

Quite some nasty bruises, you're a trooper!

Did they shave your pubic area during the op too?

Yeah the camera goes in your belly button so I have a stitch in there.

I had a wax done just before I had the surgery lol

Vicky i had keyhole surgery as well just like you, dont worry they heal great.

I cant even see mine now.

Had mine to remove ovarian cysts.

Was this from a laperoscopy?

The bruises on day 8 r horrendous! Mine were minging! I can post them if u want?

Thanks girls, feeling much better now, I only have a slight bit of discomfort from my belly button stitch.

Took an opk yesterday which was negative will start taking them properly this weekend, have ordered some cb digitals.

Larlybelle, I had a lap, drilling and some endo removed, I can remember when you had yours done I think your bruising was much worse then mine.

I had lap/dye, hysteroscopy and drilling. My bruises were nasty! All shades of the rainbow! Lol! That was back in nov 09!!

Did u get the shoulder pain from the gas? That was so uncomfortable
