my boobs smell of

my boobs have started to smell like milk... the smell warm and sweet

does this happen in pregnancy or is it just me ??

well they are bigger enough for me to get my nose right in they and i could smell it from my top... and i though hang on what's that smell.......

I cant say i've had any changes in my boobs lol only that they have got bigger
no leakages or smells

Not if you breast feed Mine got smaller after each child, i'll have nothing left after this one
