My boobs are going to explode!!

Oh my god! I cant tell you how much my boobs have suddenly started to hurt! they feel like theyre going to explode from the nipple out!!
I saw midwife at home yesterday for a check up after being monitored in hospital wednesday and she said the period type pains im getting could be the start and to keep an eye on them. Was also the third MW to tell me i could go early as my mum went into early labour with me! Im wondering if my exploding boobs could be another sign........ been getting shooting pains down my leg today too

Did she say anything about your legs? I had aching legs and ankles today!

My legs have only started today, lol, when i got the stomach/back pain it shot down my leg too. Got a few funny looks while bent doubled over several times walking round the garden centre today! Lol
