My back :(

Its absolutely killing me!! Im all boob and bump, no weight what so ever anywhere else. People keep saying how lucky I am but Im really suffering with my back

Is anyone else suffering!? Sitting at work is causing me agony

What can i do to releave the pain a bit? xx

Im the same, ive got bump n boobs and have put a little bit of weight on my face but thats it... the base of my back hurts at times n so does my knees!

Before i finished work i had a cushion which i left there and it helped loads

Hi I am the same!!

I was in so much pain that I went to docs and they think i have SPD so i have been given a corset which has really helped and will start physio on Monday and go from there!!

Its really severe!!

i have this too along here my bra sits on my back i cant sit or stand for any great lengths of time, maybe mention to your midwife next time you see her hun thats what im gonna do
