mummys and daddys

Lydia and I just had an interesting talk :

Lydia "the baby in your tummy is soooo so so so so so small"
me "yes it's about this big" (indicating with my fingers the size of an apple pip)
Lydia "it will get bigger and bigger and bigger and then it will pop out of your belly button"
me "well, it won't come out of my belly button. It will come out of my bum" (Lydia calls all her bits 'bum')
Lydia "will you squeeze it out like a poo?"
me "yes, but not yet, when it gets bigger. I'll have to go to the hospital and then I'll squeeze it out"
Lydia "I don't have a baby in my tummy"
me "no, girls don't have babies in their tummies, only big ladies can have babies in their tummy"
Lydia "when I get to be a big lady then I'll have a baby in my tummy"
me "well maybe when you're a big lady and you find a daddy to have a baby with, then you'll have a baby"
Lydia "does daddy have a baby in his tummy?"
me "no no, only ladies do, but a baby needs a daddy too as well as a mammy"
Lydia "yes, I will be a mammy, and baby Al will be a daddy"

and then she wandered off.

HMMMM lol

Isaac already knows that daddy puts a seed in mummies tummy then a baby grows and then mummy gets on a bed and pushes it out of her woo woo He knows about animals too but eggs confuse him
