Hey everyone,

well amber is 6 and half months now and i still have a slight saggy belly which wobbles when i laugh like a bowl full of jelly lol naaa its alot better than it was but have you got any tips part from sit ups if i do any more of those i will end up in a sit up position forever lol :rotfl:

would post a pic but naaaa

Lay on the floor on your back with your legs straight and your arms by your side. Then lift your legs off of the floor keeping them straight, hold for a few seconds and then bring them down but don't touch the floor and then repeat (hold your tummy in and tense your bum while you do it). You should feel it working your tummy, bum and legs.

it took ages for mine to go down, even when my arms and legs became skinny i still had a fat belly i looked preggas! its almost flat again, finally after 9 months- but if i scrunch the skin up in my fist, it goes all wrinkley :puke: only surgery could fix that! lol

i have given myself the 9 months to get back to normal size so i am hoping with a bit more hard work my belly will be flat again in a couple of months!!

its all the choco i ate during pregnancy!!

My dd is 16 months now and I have given up all hope of my tummy ever recovering! I put on about 4 stone and she was a biggish baby, I still looked preg for a good few weeks afterwards. Anyhow, I lost all my preg weight by the time she was 8 months old but I regret to say my stomach is hideous! It hangs over my jeans and I wear a 12 now instead of an 8 or 10, which pisses me off considering I am not any heavier that I was before! I am considering paying for a tummy tuck when I have finished having my family. I dont care what it costs! :)
