Morning sickness is horrible! Well for me its just sickness as it happens all day. Iv had it since 5 weeks so for nearly a month heartburn is horrible and I keep burping up acid which isn't nice. This pregnancy has definetly effected my body all over lol! Its not the nice glow I thought it would be lol
Mine is sickness all day!! and yes I am getting the acid reflux too, in fact I went to the doctors a few weeks back about it and he said it was heartburn!!!
I have found the dry crackers idea works, and water lots and lots of water....
Little did he know huh knew I should have seen a women doctor lol
My sickness kicked in at exactly 6 weeks. I throw up within 45 minutes of getting up (if woken by an alarm - if I wake naturally then I don't throw up, bizarre :S) then just feel nauseous allllllll day and have moments where I bork and my eyes water. NOT nice. Also feel nauseous at night, so badly, hubby gives me an hour alone upstairs to fall asleep so his movements don't make me throw up ha ha! Bring on the glow period xxx
Try pancakes! They worked for me! I was physically sick all day every day from around week 6 right up until a few days ago. I tried everything - sickness bands, ginger etc and it never worked. Every smell made me boke as well Roll on the 'glow' in the next trimester eh ladies! X
I feel so sorry for people who suffer with sickness . I myself have had no sickness whatsoever! (I bet you all hate me now ) But from what ive read it will ease off!
In the meantime try some of the pointers the other ladies have given you
