So.. Ive not had any real nausea or vomiting yet.. When does it usually start?
My tummy does feel a little funny when I think of eating but thats about it heh

ur so lucky i have real bad nausea u might be lucky and not have any but usually kicks in aoubnd now if u do xxxx

Mine started yesterday with just little waves, and now it seems fairly constant but I don't actually feel the need to be sick, it's just queasiness. I'm feeling dizzy a lot too which doesn't help!

i normally start a couple of days after i find out but so far this time not had any myself fingers crossed i don't get much this time and i'll keep them crossed for you too hun x

Ok .. can morning sickness work backwards?

Because today whenever I have eaten something, after 15-20 minutes I have to go to the bathroom and its not exactly solid (sorry girls for TMI)

This may sound a strange question momma kat, but do you have a good sense of smell?
It is relevant....

My morning sickness has only just started. Well, it has mainly been night sickness to be honest! I have thrown up a couple of times at night, and mainly just felt really sick during the day. At my booking-in appointment the midwife said it's probably because my sugar-levels drop at night and to keep some biscuits by the bed. Up until about a week ago, the only symptom I had was sore boobs.

Not especially, Years of smoking have killed it a bit ... Now I gotta ask why?

I just asked cos women with no sense of smell at all (more common than you think) tend not to get morning sickness. I've had no sense of smell since birth and indeed I only get a tiny bit of nausea first thing. I wondered if you hadn't had m/s for that reason. Even so, not everyone gets it, so think yourself lucky so far! xx

Mine started about 7 weeks I think.

I had morning sickness from HELL! I know it doesn't sound reasurring and at the time I felt like dying! But as soon as I hit 14 weeks (give or take) it cleared up :) (I'm 22 weeks now x

I have been feeling pretty queasy the last couple of days. I feel really hungry so I load my plate, then have a couple of bits and feel sick! I have also started to feel sick before bed but I havent been sick yet. :( I hope it doesnt last long. x

It's not nice is it? I tried EVERYTHING!! Only thing I could keep down was soup!

Just make sure you drink plenty of fluids - sickness can cause dehydration, my friend was in and out of hospital on drips as she wasn't hydrated enough throughout her pregnancy. Plus the liquid tends to water any food you can get down so if you are sick it's not so painful (Sorry if that's TMI!)

X
