Rubie got accepted too, but I'm not at all convinced about this company as they are asking for money upfront (£25)

I'm sure you get that back when you turn up for your appointment, it's just to make sure you go.

wow! this thread certainly has gone far
good luck to the babies going for an appointment (though i must say i'm wary of these things.. really read in between the lines!)

anyway if you get professional pics done, we want to see some on the forum!!! :D

Yeah my mom read mine over too!

I think, looking at the amount of companies that use them, all the big names etc. they must be pretty good.

i just looked on that site rooander and the new faces for the adults has got badoo from shipwrecked!!

IMPORTANT INFO FOR ANYONE WHO APPLIED

I called to check about a photoshoot booking and was told the following:

The £25 on the day IS NOT refunded, plus on the day you need to pay another £91 to go on the books.
All that "no-work-no-fee" stuff refers to the fee that they take out of every job that you get after.

I told them they didn't make it very clear AT ALL in the paperwork they send out, I doubt I'll be going now :?

Ladies please dont pay any money, as I said before good agencies wont take a penny off you.
I know that some good agencies also have a website and you can pay to go on that but its not a thing you have to do.
Going into their BOOKS is a bit of a thing of the past. They used to have a massive book that your photo would go into and then send the big bulky books out to clients. These days that doesnt happen ( well not that i know of) Nowadays a client phones up and asks for a certain look and the agency then sends over email pics or just send the person they think is right for the audition.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT GET CAUGHT OUT
Theres far too many people making money out of us parents.

i think we should get a pic of a very ugly person and if it gets excepted then its a scam lol
