mixing formula

i switched to aptimil AR and im stuck between a rock n a hard place.. if i shake the bottle to mix it i end up with loads of foamy bubbles i gotta seperate.. n if i stir it, it doesnt all dissolve!

Mix it up before she needs it and then leave it to stand for 10 mins. Took me ages to get out of the habit of shaking it everytime I fed her.

when lo was aptamil that happened to me but the bubbles kinda died down if you get me, i used closer to nature bottles and he didnt seem to have any problems!!!! im on c&g now and i still get bubbles!!! lol.
