miscarraige question

Apologies beforehand for this extreme neurotic behaviour. I feel ashamed of myself and yet I can't help my actions.
I read in a magazine today that a woman whose sickness stopped at 9 weeks knew something was wrong and asked for a scan and there was no heartbeat. Well my nausea stopped at 9 weeks but I was never really nauseous just queasy after I ate.
I'm chronically tired, have sore boobs still and am still getting period like cramps in my lower tummy but not painfully so which suggests my body is changing to accommodate the baby.
Everything is going okay right?

Try not to worry.

If your boobs are sore and you still having those pains then everything is fine. Sickness comes and goes so don't panic
