Just started to EBM and am reheating the bottle using hot water, sometime my LO doesnt drink the whole lot and i'm loathe to chuck it. Is it safe to reheat it again?
if u know how much she drinks i suggest storing it in bottles in the amount that she wants , it can be stored for as much as 8 days ( some websites say) i would say 48 hours tho . get the lil milk storage lids or put on the sterile teat and leave them in the fridge
