milk spots?

My 2 week old daughter has a little spotty rash on her chin and cheeks, and I am wondering if it is because I am using Lansinoh between each feed. It says you don't need to remove it before breastfeeding. I am just wondering if anyone else has noticed this?

Probably just milk spots hun. Nothing to worry about. Although if you are concerned you can wipe the Lansinoh off before each feed with a clean cloth dampened with water. Xx

I'm not using nipple cream but my little one has a spotty face!

Both of mine had loads of spots all over their faces. It will clear up soon xxx
