Hi ladies

I received my first appt letter, which is when I'm 12 weeks..
The appt Is called Midwife episode. Attached was two leaflets in regards to tests.
A form to complete about UK residency.

Nothing else..

Does anyone know what happens at a midwife episode appt.
I'm in London

In mine she did weight, bloods, blood pressure, height and medical history. That’s about it really. I got a magazine on breast feeding and had to sign stuff for my scans

Assuming this is your booking appointment? Same as katybaby weight, bmi, height, bp, took bloods. and the most detailed health history ever "are you and your partner related to each other" Asked if I wanted the tests done at the scan.

Then a pack with the babybook, breastfeeding book etc. NHS scotland might be slightly different, but generally should be the same. I had mine at 7 weeks which just shows how different each area can be.
