midwife appointment *pee question*

Oh i'm now a bit confused.
Everytime ive taken a sample it's just been sometime before the appointment when iv remembered. I always get a new pot. But ive never done it at a specific time or after/before eating specifically.. or mid flow... no one tells me these things.... as for the small pot thing.
i have a cup, especially for pee, then i pour it into the stupidly small thing. lol

I think that glucose in your wee can be an indicator of gestational diabetes - they probably aren't too worried as you are so far along.

On the bottle front, why can't they come up with a pot that is a bit larger? (I now have to pee in a bowl and the pour it into the bottle!) I get a new bottle each time I go, but my doctor's will give you a bottle if you go in and ask.

And I saw my midwife last wk, the consultant today and then noone till my due date! I think we should see someone weekly once we get to this stage.

I have to re-use the same pot each time I see the midwife, unless I buy a new pot from the chemist each time I see her which I can't be bothered to do. They are so stingy now.
My brother had an operation a few months back and has to buy his own dressings, he's spent about £200 on them so far!
