Mid cycle spotting

I'm due to ov within the next few days. Last night had v light spotting and woken now and it's slightly heavier. Has anyone had this? Never had before this early. Worried it's a sign of anovulation it's not from DTD as haven't actually got round to that yet! Also I have pcos which could be cause but as I say I've never had spotting so early before. Thanks.

I'm definitely no expert when it comes to this but wondered if it would be worth monitoring your temp, this should tell you if you ovulated.
It's so frustrating isn't it.

Thanks for your reply Casey, I can normally tell if I've ov'd as I get quite distinctive pain so actually praying I get that in a few days!
