Microwaveable Wheat Bags?

Anyone know whether these are ok to use?

I know it says avoid hot baths as babies can't regulate temperature but would that include wheat bags as well.

Have lower back ache and normally my wheat bag is really soothing for period pains, would be perfect for my backache too.

cant see it being any different to using a hot water bottle and thats what my mw suggested for the back pains so id imagine it will be ok

if anything , its not going to be as hot as a hot water bottle .
