Hi can anyone help?

I've been prescribed this antibiotic for an infection in my 3rd degree tear.

Has anyone had this while breast feeding ?

Gp said could make milk taste funny but nothing about stopping feeding on it.

When I've looked up Internet about t, it seems there is some controversy around feeding whilst on it. Where some girls told safe to feed and others told to stop whilst on it. Something to do wit possible carcinogenic effects.

Breast feeding network says its safe.

I'm going to call doc for reasurance tomorrow but just wondered I anyone any experience of this. I'm just worried I'm putting my baby a risk...

Can anyone help?
