So I saw then nurse today at the new surgery, waiting time wasn't too bad, just under 10 minutes although it felt like forever! She was lovely but I felt a bit rushed though as the surgery tries to keep to 10 minute slots for each patient so even though I tried to talk about my problems with my cycles with her, I didn't get much of a response.
She basically told me to just tell the actual GP everything. Did my urine test and she said they don't test for pregnancy which I was a bit surprised about but I wonder if she meant the test she did today doesn't check... Hmm. She asked when my last period was and whether I could be pregnant and then still didn't do a hpt. Suppose we'll just bring that up with the GP.
Anyways, she said that there were no traces of glucose or protein in my sample but there were traces of blood and she said it wasn't normal and she went off and told the GP who said to send the sample to the hospital for further tests and we'll get the results by either Friday or at our appointment on Thursday.
She said my BMI is a tad high but I'm already aware that I'm getting a bit podgy so I've cut down on portions and junk and also am trying to use the excersise bike a bit more.
I feel a bit crampy at the moment so wondering whether AF is being a cowbag, especially after my cheapie tests... Though for some reason, I'm still not convinced.
All in all, it went ok, just can't wait for Thursday!
