She said if i get any pain or even a spot of blood to come down to the hospital straight away,she was really scaring me like there was something wrong but she wasnt going to tell me

sounds like she doesn't know anything . I can imagine you are more worried now though but try to distract yourself for the week. fingers crosed that little hb will be there next week. The fact the sac is there is a positive thing.

Cloud- i really dont know what she was on about she kept leaving the room coming back and talking about stuff i dont even understand. Im going to try to keep things positive as much as i can

Jo- having an ok day today thanks hun went out to park but far too hot so came home after a while just dont know even if i can go through with this because if i ever did lose this baby then i couldnt continue again.

Just cos ur pregnant doesnt mean ur down days will go away hunni, just take it step by step no need to rush to feel better. Your hormones will also be all over the place, mine have been haywall recently & its made me feel really emotional one min then angry the next.

Just remember hun 'its just a bad day' and it will pass, tomorrow will be brighter im sure & if its not then ill be here x
