Medical/pregnancy terminology - a guide

I know many of us ask and wonder what does ROL / Ceph / Eng/E mean on our medical/pregnancy notes? I often see people asking what these and other abbreviations mean. So I thought I'd post this here so its all to hand.

I have a few sites I use as reference for all this
