for the past few days (about 4) a weird thing has happened to my hands..

the palms have got really red, especially the fleshy bits in particular the big fleshy bit between your little finger and the wrist...

Its not dry, flaky or sore just red and hotter than the rest of me.

I've racked my brains but cant think of anything new that might of caused an allergy

It sounds like a contact dermatitis- have you used any different cleaning products etc over the last few days?

mine did this, they said it was an allergy but trying to narrow down what it may be is impossible

i've racked my brain and cant think of anything i've used thats new..

will wait till i come back from hols and go to the docs if its not back to norm...

its not like a rash tho...goes white when you press it (capillary reflex is there)
