measuring too big...?

when does this become an issue?

3 weeks ago i was 26 +4 days and measuring just over 28 weeks.
i've another midwife appt tomorro at 29 +4 days and will it be an issue if im measuring too big or just one of them things??

If it's the fundal height (when your tummy is measured) don't worry. It's not an accurate measure because it can change day to day depending on how your baby is lying. 2-3cm more or less than your gestation in weeks is totally normal

I measured a week ahead last time and MW said that if I were to get to over 2 weeks ahead they send you for a growth scan. She wasn't worried.
