Measurements

I had Rubie weighed, and her length and head measured today.

She is 14lb 3.5oz
Length - 63cm
Head circ - 40cm

I think her head must be quite small because she is still wearing newborn hats. Now I have the measurement can anyone enlighten me??

I've just looked on the chart in my red book she is only on the 2nd centile for head measurement!! But 25th for weight and between 25th & 50th for length. She certainly doesn't look like a pin head....or does she??

Kiara has never fit into newborn hats lol.

length 65cm
weight 15 pounds 5 ounces this was two weeks ago.

Dont go by the charts Kim, Rubie is perfect

Aimee has quite a big head, it was 40.5cms when she was only 8 weeks old but I haven't had it done since but I don't think it looks particuly big! In her red book she is long and skinny with a big head, Lol, but she looks fine. Se also has little tiny feet that are to small for 0-0 socks but I don't think they look that small either?

I haven't had Jack length and head circumfrence done since he was 8 weeks but his head was 40cm's then!! She does keep telling me he has a bigger than average head though, not in a bad way, she just thinks thats why he's a bonker.

He weighs 16lb 15oz now

Rubie looks perfect to me, not a pinhead whatsoever!!


Carey is 17lb 8oz @ 5 months old (today!)
He's 67.5cm length
And ive not had his head measured since about 8/9 weeks when it was 41cm.. hes got a big head now bless him!

maheen's head circ was 33cm when she was born, it has defo got bigger but I don't know how much!!
you are so lucky all of you, I have been asking for all the measurements but they always refuse to do it...they just say "sorry, we don't do it anymore"!!!!!!!!!

Damo must be a pinhead too then
I think he weighs about 15lb now (not weighed him for over 3 weeks)

Damo and Rubie were tiny dots when they were born so I wouldn't worry abbe, she looks fine and dandy to me
