I hope I don't get accused of being conceited here I know that the health of my baby and how healthy I am physically is far more important than losing weight after the birth, but my mind keeps creeping back to the horrid thought of how I am going to have approximately 2 - 3st to lose after my baby arrives
I'm actually terrified at the prospect of it I intend to breastfeed, so won't be cutting back on my meals at all but I will definately start to try and eat healthier. I have overindulged on the odd occasion during my pregnancy and thought 'Oh it won't matter, I'm pregnant and fat anyway!' But I mean to stop doing that once baby is here.
I guess my question to you all is how easy did/have you found it to lose weight after your baby was born? Did you deliberately cut back or did it just fall of gradually...? Oh, and if it's not too embaressing could you let me know how much you gained during your pregnancy....just so I can have an idea of what you did....
Thanks girlies!
