**May Mummies**

Sea sickness bands have arrived. Iam already wearing them for 30 min. I must say I feel less nauseous but heartburn is still there. Wonder if the is a band for heartburn too :)
I did not feel like this with my son at all. So it's all new to me. Thinking its a girl. :)

Good to know they work ok :) if only there was remedies for everything :( hopefully it eases off quickly for you though, it's funny when theres heartburn and nausea if feels so yuck and then when they ease off or disappear it feels so strange having no symptoms

Glad they are helping!

Hopefully you can get something for the heartburn now xx

Thank you girls. Day 2 I'm wearing sickness bands. I think I feel less nauseous. I also munch on love hearts to help with heartburn. How are you all feeling?

Scan done. Measures 7 weeks. They said scan you at 12..
But, they found a small bleed on outside sac?? Whys this!! Ahh anyone had this? Waiting for a nurse but makes me worried tbh...

Ok so apparently its really common?
And explains brown spotting?
Measures perfectly at 7 weeks (but i am 7+4)
But they now dont want to scan till 12 so take it as good?
Is 10mm long
Defined as: adjacent to sac there is a well defined area of low level echos measuring 19x17x13mm suggestive of an area of haemorrhage.

@soffphie
It's very common. Try not to worry. Usually they disappear if small. Do you take aspirin?

Early scans can be a few days out also we dont know exactly when we Ovulated and things. Try not to worry. Last scan I had I'm measuring a few days behind, I was supposed to be 7+3 and was measuring 7+1 so try not to worry its quite common xx

Oh she wasnt specific on dates she just said 7 weeks and said it matches dates?
I googled and nhs said 10mm too i think overal thats a good sign tbh, my miscarried baby measure a week+ behind was only 3.2mm this one is 3x that size already. I dont know how much they grow in a day etc tho typically

I got good at my scan they can grow roughly 1mm every day or something like that, mine were 24mm and 25.1mm at 9 weeks and now 57mm and 60mm at 12.5w, they grow quickly :)

@soffphie glad your out! Try and get some rest xx

In work tonight, just went to the loo, had pink spotting again. Dont know if I should ring 111 when I get home in the morning at 7am or if I should wait for the GP to open at 8.30 am? It was my first night back in work tonight after ringing in sick last week and I'm supposed to be back in tonight and tomorrow night. I cant really phone in sick in the morning again.

I have my midwives mobile number, would it be unreasonable to give her a text tomorrow morning asking for advice? When I saw her last week she didn't say what to do if I had more spotting again?

:-(

My understanding is that they always want to know about spotting so I would let your midwife know for sure. You could always ring your go as well for some reassurance? I think 111 will tell you to contact the epu. Has it stopped now? Are you lifting heavy things or something at work that is causing it? Have you told work your pregnant?
