does smoking make your skin horrible? i know it makes you wrinkly if your older but i started smoking 6 years ago when i was 12 and i have always had horrible skin like dry and spotty do you think it's just teenagery or do you think smoking affects this?

the reason is my OH has recently given up smoking and i want to aswell but i need something that will boost my willpower as i smoke up to 20 a day.

yeah it does make your skin look rough, i saw a big difference when i gave up.

yes smoking will ruin ur skin as its full of free-radicals and it counter-acts vitamin C too. good luck giving up
