Hope your keeping well lou x x it must be do worrying for you but I know you had similar problems with Harrison. It's probably just the way your body handles pregnancy. I'm also 8 weeks today apparently baby is the same size as a tiny little seahorse!

OK just been sick but it triggered so much erm.... cm stuff that it felt like I peed myself is that normal lol its not happened before!

I'm 8 weeks tomorrow this tri is dragging! my booking in is 2 weeks today so I'll be 10 weeks basically before I see anyone. just at soft play today and then McDonald's for lunch

I've got an appointment to see my gp next Friday so she can refer me to the MW who can then do my booking in.

It's quite nice actually because I've got a few appointments to attend so Some nice little milestones to hit - gp appt next Friday, scan the week after and then it'll probably be booking in and then dating scan.

I don't know about the cm stuff Ery. I sometimes pee myself a little bit when I puke it's not happened yet but I'm just waiting...

Have to say this nausea business is not fun but is very reassuring! I thought I was going to escape it being too bad as I'd got to eight weeks but it's certainly ramped up the last couple of days. I'm so going to get rumbled at work if it carries on like this!

I've not taken any anti sickness pills today I've been sick twice but the nausea isn't as bad. Mind you I've been lay down a lot and it's blooming freezing. And putting coldness on me when I was feeling sick before helped. I'm still so scared as I'm not having a scan now until 12 weeks unless I have reason like bleeding. It's frightening! The recurrent miscarriage team seem to have said "well we got you further than anyone else that'll do!" Lol maybe that's why I'm freaking out so much! Still struggling with drinks. I can't hold them down. Food fine. Drinks nope.

Could you try sucking on ice cubes to get some fluid maybe?

If you're worried then why don't you call and ask for another scan or maybe see if you can get a private one? I know exactly how you feel hun, there's no way I could have waited until 12 weeks for another scan.

Yea ice pops and cups of tea are my main source of fluid. I've got midwife next Thursday. I'll see what happens then.

I've had to buy some decaf tea bags today. I normally drink coffee but just don't want it right now I just fancy tea.

I had a coffee yesterday morning, threw up and can't face it now!

Yea coffee is the first thing I went off lol. That did bacon as that was the first thing I reverse saw lol.

I was fine with coffee until I was 7 weeks. Since then I can't even stand the smell. And I am a huge coffee lover. I spent quite a bit of time researching decaf coffee, trying various brands until I found a single origin I liked that used the swiss water method. All that and my body decides to reject it. Surprisingly, I'm not missing it, but I guess that is because I can't eve stand the smell. It would suck if it still smelt good an I couldn't drink it.

Finally have my booking, bloods and 12wk scan appointments!

The ONLY decaf coffee I could stomach when not pregnant was lavazza but even that now is a nono. And my coaccola addiction... can't even look at a bottle now. I'm not bothering with decaf tea as I heard a little caffeine is good for blood flow. I hadon't my blood sugar monitored at hospital and when they pricked my finger I actually had bright red liquid blood rather than a deep purple globby blob. So I think I'm sticking with this aspirin too. I'm convinced my blood is wrong lol.

8+5 today. My booking in is at 12 weeks, so not until the end of October, the week before my 12 week scan.

I'm concerned I have none of the symptoms you guys do. I've not gone off any food or smells or had any sickness. I just feel normal, with slightly sore boobs! I'm hoping that everything is ok in there and little one is growing but the lack of symptoms is worrying.

Some people are just lucky snowbee. You must be one of the lucky 20%. The symptoms are a curse as well as a blessing. Each drop in symptom I'm panicking. Mind you I've felt slightly better since I managed to erm.... pass the blockage in my gut that hospitalised me.. took about 2 weeks to fully clear it out!

I had my booking appointment today - I'm 8+1. The midwife was lovely - really put me at ease. So much so that my blood pressure, which usually goes high when I go to the doctors, was completely normal and the blood test, which I was so nervous about, was an absolute breeze.

I have my dating scan booked for the 28th October!

It just seems odd that I had symptoms with my mcs but not with this one. Everyone else I read about is the opposite.

Gosh two weeks what a nightmare!

That is good Rachel. My dating scan is the 27th, but my booking in isn't until the 20th.

Snowbee I had no symptoms at all really when I was pregnant with my son and those that I did have were very mild. It really doesn't mean anything is wrong hun so don't worry.

Snowbee, I have only had a little bit of light nausea - I haven't been sick. Boobs are slightly bigger and a bit tender now and then, I'm bloated and I'm more tired than normal - that's it. The symptoms aren't severe at all. I think the hormones just affect people differently. My mum didn't have sickness either with me or my brother.

Hi ladies so I had my booking app with the midwife this morning she was lovely.. I am being consultant led due to three previous big babies and my problems during and after labour with my third boy. She has booked my 12 week scan so that's 26th October very excited she also said I'd get a lot more scans due to my previous babies being big so that's a bonus I asked about the anti sickness pills she said I have to see my gp about that so Monday can't come quick enough xxx

Snowbee with my first two boys I had absolutely no symptoms at all with my third I had nausea all day and night and with this one its on a whole new level so it just shows how different each pregnancy can be... I didn't even know I was pregnant with my first until I was 30 weeks pregnant xx

30 weeks? wow that must have been a short pregnancy lol I feel sick slot and my boob's are a bit sore but that's it lol
