Hi girls,
We bought a new mattress as we got our BFP, so am looking into buying a mattress protector for incase my waters break while we are in bed. Also thought it would be handy for the first couple of weeks following the birth.
Any reccomendations? x

Well I bought a pack of 5 from tesco. Just put them in the bed today so will let you know what they're like to sleep on tomorrow

Also going to have one on car just in case!!

Lol we've got a new bed, new sofa and just had the car valeted....wonder what one my waters will go on

Inexpensive tip my retired midwife auntie just told me yesterday, if you have a washable mattress protector to go over your mattress, pop a shower curtain between the mattress and the protector, then all you need to wash is your sheets and the mattress protector if you do burst in bed, and it should still be relatively comfy to sleep on. Ohhh, feels like I should be writing into the tips page of Womans Realm for that one!!! ha ha

I bought one from eBay for £8 kingsize just make sure it's Terry towel not plastic x
