I was a 10-12 and I used 16-18 with my little boy. This time il get the same u want them as big as u can get without them falling down haha! The massive pad fills them out so I'd say 16-18 is about right x

How do u know what size to get? I was 12- 14 pre-pregnancy & find their getting tight now, not sure how big i should go?? lol

I was 12-14 before and wearing 18 - 20 now....
