Maternity Exemption certificate

I had an issue at the pharmacy the other day as they asked to see my card!! what card says I and they advised that when you send the FW8 form off you should receive a card or certificate to say that now your pregnant your exempt from paying for prescriptions and the such like.

So here is my issue, I sent the form off when I was about 8 weeks and I still haven't received my card or certificate.

I was hoping to ask a favour from one of you fine ladies that has received her card could have a look and see if there is a contact number on it, or on the letter you may have received with it so I can chase mine up!!
