they have maternity clothes

omg i must visit, dont seem to have them in my town but when i goto another town hey presto they got it. stewarts have reduced some of theirs now btw. some are prices at £22 and are now £8 bargain :P

peacocoks have a good range, only small tho.

then u got mothercare :D

is new look got long skirts or long dresses? or white trousers that are thin in maternity range?

i just looked online they got 3 outfits and ones a white long dress :)

Well I bought....for just over £50...
1 pair 3/4 length jeans
a green kimono style T shirt
a brightly patterned v necked t shirt (you know those sort of loose ones that are in fashion anyway)
a pretty floral crinkly blouse with a v neck

They had a nice selection of stuff - a range of styles.
The New Look we've got in Torquay used to be Littlewoods so it's MASSIVE!!!

Not every New Look has the maternity range, and my local New Look has only a very limited range.
You can find a list of New Look stores that carry the maternity clothing on their website.

I didn't know New Look did a maternity range either. My local branch (ok a small one) doesn't have one but neither do the bigger branches in the cities around here. Glad you got a few nice pieces though.

I went into New Look and couldn't find any. What's the range called?

i have a maternity top from peacocks. I only got it because i preferd the maternity wear to ordinary clothes lol

do a search for New Look or Bloom Maternity on ebay. I bought a lovely pair of jeans from there recently. Ebay has loads of maternity stuff and is especially good if you don't live near any of the larger stores which stock maternity ranges.

Also...the good thing about the New Look stuff was that I ended up buying most things a size smaller than usual! :cheer: Probably make them generous...

I prefer maternity wear too, as I like the tops to be loose around the belly, and for it to be long enough to cover the whole belly.

they definitely do! I bought a pair of size 12 maternity jeans and they keep falling down :( The tops are fine though :D

The New Look I went in had a few things but not much. Apparently H+M do maternity stuff - I got a big bundle of stuff from Freecycle and most of that is from H+M.

Ebay rules also.

Isn't NEW LOOK GREAT! When pregnant first time it was just Next, H&M and Mothercare that generally did maternity and that was only 18 months ago! I had already bought some great things from New Look a few months ago, some of them in the sale... (they have great sales). Went in yesterday and they have even more fab stuff. I bought a lovely green cotton skirt a few months ago and now they have it in pink, so might get that before I wear my green one out. Most of the maternity stuff is in regular sizes so you don't feel out of fashion.

I didn't like the maternity range in H&M, I found the tops too tight and the trousers didn't fit me well.

I found that about H&M in general. I would have had to have bought clothes several sizes bigger than I usually am to get them to fit!
