Marks on my legs late pregnancy

I've got loads of like red lines (not stretch marks) all over my legs??? They don't hurt or anything just no idea what they are there near my ankles up towards on over my knees but not on my thighs? Anyone no what they are? X

Possibly varicose veins? Not too sure!
