I never get enough fruits and veg in my day no matter how much I like them. Frozen food is just so much easier to cook after coming home from work.

So I've made myself a promise to drink at least a pint glass of a really healthy smoothie a day.

I put lots of spinach, frozen red berries (strawberries, raspberries, etc) , blueberries, cherries, good helping of milk and lots of mango juice and blended it all together.

Tastes awesome, so refreshing and great for baby.

Feel very proud of myself :)
 
I love making smoothies!! Such a great way to get everything u need in ur diet. X
