Made my first purchase

I've just made my first pregnancy purchase....some maternity/nursing bras from JoJo Maman.

God, my life is so Rock N' Roll!! LOL.

Maternity Bras were my best purchase of last week, didn't realise how uncomfortable my old bras were until I tried on the maternity ones I'd bought, such a difference!

They aren't the sexiest of things but managed to find one that was quite pretty

I've bought some lacey ones so I'm hoping they wont be too too bad. The Elle McPherson ones are gorgeous but I just couldn't justify spending £35 each on them.

I thought you were supposed to change to underwired bras asap if you want to bf as the wire can affect milk supply?

I will only be buying maternity clothes this time anyway as we already have everything from when my son was born. Apart from pink stuff if its a little girl but not planning on finding out before it's born anyway.

Just to chuck this in, I havn't changed to non-underwired bras and I've had no problem with my milk I end up being mega uncomfy in non underwired ones because I am on the larger side boob wise

I think it is recommended but obviously some people don't and are fine.

My underwires were so uncomfortable, just loved the comfort factor of my maternity ones, had large boobs before pregnancy, but didn't realise how much they had grown in a few weeks until I was measured.

This is baby number one for us, so we have nothing and are having to get everything for the first time. A friend did offer all the clothes her little one (baby number 4 and her last) had grown out of, there's a nearly new NCT sale near us soon, so thinking of going along for some bargains.

My mum's been buying, apparently we need only buy a few outfits in each size range as she's gone out and got essentials, babygrows, sleepsuits, towels etc. think she's more excited than I am. Went to see her last weekend and she has the mothercare catalogue filled with post it notes to point out certain pages.

I bought 7 maternity tops off someone on ebay last week. Some not to my taste but hey, £9 for 7 aint bad! Its not like I'm gonna keep em forever!
Not bought "Casper" anything yet - do you think I should?? I'm itching to!!
