Is a birthing ball
It's the biggest one I've seen (75cm) so I snapped it up, I know it seems early to be buying it, but I'll be using it to ease my hip and back ache and to improve my posture

It had better turn up!

my registra told me to get a gym/birth ball to help with the spd and si joint

he said , just balancing on the ball it self build tummy mucsles which then hold your back and pelvis better

Is there any difference between gym balls and birth balls?
If not I already have a gym ball (that my mum gave me about a year ago and I've used once!)

Not really, the only one I've found is that birth balls are bigger

Gym Balls are about 50 / 55cm and birthing balls about 65 - 75 cm (depending on where you get them from)
