(Barring the rather unsuccessful purchase of a doppler  )

Is a birthing ball :cheer:
It's the biggest one I've seen (75cm) so I snapped it up, I know it seems early to be buying it, but I'll be using it to ease my hip and back ache and to improve my posture :D

    It had better turn up!

Is there any difference between gym balls and birth balls?
If not I already have a gym ball (that my mum gave me about a year ago and I've used once!)

Not really, the only one I've found is that birth balls are bigger

Gym Balls are about 50 / 55cm and birthing balls about 65 - 75 cm (depending on where you get them from)
