lumpy food

Liam has been eating for nearly 2 weeks now and is doing brilliantly on tinned food. i hate giving him tinned and want to feed him my own food.
i have a tomy minichef but i blend the food but it doesnt get as smooth as the tinned food and he gags on it

any advice appreciated.

That should help. I use a mouli - purees food very well & smooth.
Also try pushing it through a sieve with the back of a spoon.

I have a hand-held blender and it works great.

My tip would be to make sure you do a big batch as they don't blend small amounts very well.

i agree wit urchin thankgully B is on finger/lumpy food now so much easier lol

I have been using a fork and seive as Seren has whatever veg we are having so I will take it off my plate and mush it up til it goes like slop. I add water to it if it is lumpy and this helps smooth it out.
