Lump on gums

I think its probably just teething.. but she has 8 teeth and this has never happened!

Alanna has a lump on her lower gum, its on the side of the gum rather than the top, and is around the side not the front and its about the size of two teeth! Its bright red and looks awfully sore, Should I let the GP take a look at it? Or am I just being daft and it is teething?

Id say if it looks sore then there is no harm in getting it checked out. Sounds like a weird place for a tooth unless its not coming through at the right angle x
