lump in armpit

My LO is 14 weeks and I am EBF. Noticed a lump in my right armpit this evening. Has anyone had this? I did wonder if it was because I had been digging and pulling up tree roots in the garden and perhaps strained the muscle tissue underneath. Was going to make a Dr appointment to have it checked out. Been feeling really paranoid about my health since having LO.

I had a couple in early weeks of breastfeeding, although I don't know if they were connected. Mine went down in a few days. Best to get it checked out if you're worried. x

Probably a lymph node- any signs of mastitis (red, sore, hot, painful boob on the same side)?

Still got the lump but dr thinks its a swelling due to carrying my LO about in her car seat.
