Lower Abdominal Pain.....

I seem to be suffering with occasional front lower left abdominal pains. Its hard to describe and I have had it on and off since about 7 weeks pregnant and originally put it down to constipation but things have settled in that department yet the pain still happens.
It feels as though something is throbbing and wants to burst and its not consistant with needing a number 2 (sorry tmi) and things are more regular and I just cant narrow it down to anything in particular that sets it off.
I have mentioned it to two midwives now who just dont seem to take me seriously and brush it off as being ligament stretching but its definately not a pulled/stretched muscle sensation. I have even had to call the out of hours service and they just said if it gets any worse call back otherwise just rest.
Anyone else suffered anything similar????

hi try not to worry i get this all the time sometimes it really hurts midwives have brushed mine off too so i guess its normal xxxxxx
