low placenta and holiday

Help?! I have been told I have a low placenta (posterior is low but structure normal) at my 20 week scan. I have to have another scan at 34 weeks. My problem is I have a holiday booked to Menorca, which is a 2 hour flight, for a week at 27 and a half weeks of my pregnancy and I don't know whether I can go or not?! I am trying to get hold of my midwife this morning but am worried she will say no....can anyone shed any light? I have had no bleeding so far in my pregnancy...

hi and welcome! you might like to post your question in Tri2 where there is slightly more traffic. Hopefully your GP/Midwife has come back to you already. Another point, check with your travel insurance company that they know you are pregnant before you travel.
