low papp-a, now measurng behind

Hi everyone, I had a low papp-a (0.3) at my nuchal scan and now at 28 weeks am measuring 2 weeks behind. Has anyone else had an experience with this???

Hi Shell, I had low Papp-A. My bloods put me at a 30-1 risk ratio, had an amnio and all was fine. Am now measuring spot on however I'm sure I read 2 weeks either way is normal so I don't think you have anything to worry about in terms of measuring small. The 'measuring' thing is far from an exact science anyway depends on loads of factors - position of baby even which midwife does it. Loads of people measure small then go on to have average/larger babies and vice versa.
