low movements at 37 weeks

my baby has really slowed down moving the last few days, she is still moving the 10 times a day my midwife said but really half heartedly and more of wriggles rather than kicks
is this normal at this stage?

I'd agree with everyone else, but if your worried (advice from my MW) have a ice cold glass of water and sit down for half an hour. Baby should feel the cold water in his/bottom and start to move. My MW said if baby did not move after 30 mins then go to the hospital to get checked out.

im sure its cos there isnt much room left in there, i remeber being told the later on in pregnancy u go the baby will go into a postition and not move from that, only movements they will make is too move from side to side....If ur worried chick contact ur MW

thanks. I hope it is baby getting ready I think she is alot lower the last few days so she has probably got herslef into position. I already told her not to be overdue lets hope she listens to her mummy more than her big brother and sister!

hi i have noticed a reduced amount of movement too,the MW told me its because of the lack of space,as long as you ae feeling movements still theres no need to worry
