Yep I'm starting to suffer the dreaded C word and just wondered what things help you ladies keep things regular?
Prune juice does naff all for me, so I've taken to drinking lactulose occasionally to have a bit of a clear out. Only thing is this then seems to have me off kilter for a day or two afterwards so I wondered if anyone could suggest anything "nicer."
 
I could do with some relief from this too! :( I'm 27 weeks and it's getting worse!
 
I'm suffering badly too ���� the only thing that's worked for me is a handful of dates before bed! X
 
Are you drinking enough? I find that drinking LOADS of water helps. I really notice when I haven't had enough water when pregnant. It just won't come out! Lol
 
I have orange juice in now actually so I'll try that, and yes, water is pretty much the only thing I drink nowadays. Hot or cold. But I'll try drinking more. Thanks ladies.

I have this too, im trying to get more fibre in my diet and I need to buy more orange juice as that seemed to help. Constipation can be so uncomfortable, I know I ache until I manage to go
 
I’ve tried everything so far, and nothing has worked. I was prescribed regular doses of lactulose to try and keep me regular and although it did it also left me with tummy ache so I stopped taking it as I think I’d rather be a bit clogged up! With my first pregnancy it was the other way, I had severe diahrrea up until about 24 weeks along with morning sickness and was on dioralyte!

Going to follow this thread and see if I can get more remedies! I’m already drinking at least 10 pints of water a day!
 
I have warm weetabix and those activia yogurts they help, I also have lactalose if I'm really struggling xx
