Yep I'm starting to suffer the dreaded C word and just wondered what things help you ladies keep things regular?
Prune juice does naff all for me, so I've taken to drinking lactulose occasionally to have a bit of a clear out. Only thing is this then seems to have me off kilter for a day or two afterwards so I wondered if anyone could suggest anything "nicer."
