Loud baby

Ralph grunts and moans in his sleep during the night, Does anyone elses lil one do this? He sounds like a goat or somthing lol, I wake up to it all the time, but he seems fine and is asleep. Do they grow out of it? x

Mine was really bad for this but yes they do grow out of it (I think, he's been in his own room for 3 months but I don't hear anything over the monitor to suggest he's still doing it)

yep....it does stop, but its like trying to sleep next to a piglet!

Henry does it, but he sounds more like a cow or pig at times its really cute i think x x x

This is part of the reason my LO went in her own room at 9 weeks! Not only was she much comfier on her nice thick mattress, but also my husband can snore away to his heart's content without waking her, and she can suck her thumb with as much noise as she likes without waking us up!! I'm the only one who sleeps quietly in my house!!

Brody snores loudly. When he was tiny he made all sorts of weird grunts and funny noises!

Lol yeah Max used to, we had a thread on here about it ages ago when a lot of us had very young newborns. Max stopped as soon as I moved him from his moses basket to his cot! Literally it stopped instantly! He now just wriggles n swings his head from side to side rubbing his face and losing his dummy- that's what keeps me awake now. Think I preferred the grunting lol!!

Weird thing we all found was they only ever grunted at night-never during the day! Xxx
